Description

Pomegranate molasses is made from the fruit of the pomegranate and is used in Turkish, Lebanese and Persian cuisine. Pomegranates are native to Iran and Afghanistan. They are used throughout the Middle East and across the Mediterranean. Most of the world's pomegranate molasses is made in Lebanon.

Free of unnatural preserves, our Lebanese natural homemade pomegranate molasses is a concentrated, brown, thick, and dark syrup with a particular sour flavor.

Preliminary research has shown that pomegranate molasses  reduce the risk of cancer, and serum cholesterol and protect arteries from clogging.
